Ultrasonic riveting: press the ultrasonic ultra-high frequency welding head (horn) against the protruding tip of plastic products to make it heat and melt into rivet shape instantly, so that the metal objects are riveted and fixed.
Ultrasonic embedding: with ultrasonic ultra-high frequency sound wave vibration, metal parts (such as nuts and screws) are squeezed into the reserved plastic holes and fixed at the set depth by means of the conduction of welding head (horn) and appropriate pressure. After completion, the tensile force and torque can be comparable to the strength of traditional molding in the mold, and the defects of damage and slow injection can be avoided.
Ultrasonic spot welding: when two pieces of plastic are to be welded, because it is limited to the conditions of the welded object, it is impossible to set up a fusion wire, and spot welding can be used. Its principle is to use ultrasonic wave to conduct to the front end of the welding head and pass from the upper plate to the lower plate to achieve the effect of welding, and spot welding can be carried out at the same time to improve the work efficiency.
Ultrasonic cutting: the welding head with ultrasonic high-speed vibration is used to cut off the sharp edges of the injection molded plastic parts and the injection inlet, so that the plastic original can be separated from the injection channel in an instant, which not only saves the process of manual cutting, but also makes the plastic parts smooth and beautiful. The materials suitable for ultrasonic resection include ABS, PS, acrylic, PC, plastic steel, etc. if the plastic is too soft or elastic, it is not suitable for ultrasonic resection. (the effect is not good before the plastic material is cooled when it is just injected)
Ultrasonic forming: similar to ultrasonic riveting. It is to press the concave welding head on the outer ring of plastic products to make it vibrate at high frequency, melt the plastic and wrap it on metal objects to make it fixed. It has a smooth and beautiful appearance. It is mostly used for the fixing and forming of electronics and speakers, and the fixing of cosmetic lenses.
